VINSON LIN

Vinson is a registered patent attorney and has experience in both patent prosecution and post grant proceedings. Before joining the Firm, Vinson worked for a patent litigation boutique in Southern California, where he gained experience in defending the validity of patents subject to inter partes review and ex parte reexamination challenges. Prior to attending law school, Vinson worked for a Taiwanese patent firm, where he became a registered U.S. patent agent and gained substantial experience in prosecuting U.S. patents of various technical fields, including semiconductor manufacturing, liquid crystal composition, and medical devices.

Vinson received his BS and MS degree, both in chemistry, from National Taiwan University; and received his Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law. While at UCLA law, Vinson served as Chief Executive Editor for UCLA Journal of Law and Technology.
