Kamila Williams plays a critical role in maintaining the firm’s docketing system and ensuring that deadlines are docketed correctly and timely met. She also leads and manages the training and development of the firm’s Paralegal and Docketing staff. Kamila provides substantive procedural guidance to the paralegals by keeping apprised of USPTO rules and procedures and ensuring compliance thereto. Kamila also oversees electronic filings of legal documents in the USPTO, generation of audit reports and other client-centric tasks, and coordinates assignments and workloads to ensure the firm operates in the most efficient manner possible.
With over 15 years of experience in handling the administrative side patent/trademark prosecution and litigation for major clients, Kamila has proven herself to be a valuable asset for all clients in pursuing their intellectual property needs in the United States.
In her personal time, Kamila likes to travel while getting to know various cultures, and enjoys sports, such as skiing, biking and hiking. However, most of her personal time is spent with her family, consisting of her husband, three energetic children and one cute pet dog.
